Café Murals and Garden Walls

Bringing the outside indoors to provide a feeling of community for residents in care.

Red and Blue Café with adjoining side walls

We like to bring the outdoors inside for residents in care, whose access to these everyday scenes are limited. We have a variety of community “downtown” façades and the Café is one of our most popular. Many of our clients like to position it in a communal dining room space or other general sitting area. We hear from our clients that their residents are drawn to these murals, especially the extended ones with greenery, birds and butterflies.

Here are a few quotes from happy clients:

The “garden room” is a big hit with patients – the room is typically full of patients now! We even have this one patient that comes from all the way down the other end of the unit to come and sit in the room – I think patients are really drawn to it. Also, I must say that when I pass by each of the areas, it looks so wonderful that sometimes I still can’t believe it’s OUR unit! Thank you for helping us to transform our unit for our patients.

So many positive comments and most importantly the residents are truly enjoying it.

No two Care Homes are alike - some have the benefit of more space, higher ceilings and larger rooms. Others are more restricted. We work with our clients to adjust our murals to accommodate their chair rails and other obstacles, to ensure a beautiful result. Price depends on size and additional items purchased - with discounts being provided for quantity.

*Please note that our murals will not adhere properly to wallpapered walls or textured surfaces.
